• Registration Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable once paid, except in the event of event cancellation by Kalwings Novathon Hackathon.

• Event Cancellation: In the rare event that Kalwings Novathon Hackathon cancels the event for any reason, registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fees paid.
